
The DAI Cloud Service incorporates Wipro’s traditional managed services. All aspects of the DAI service are monitored from Wipro’s Network Operations Center (NOC). The NOC is continually staffed to resolve issues, track events, and provide technical support.
In the event a problem compromises the service, the Wipro staff will take immediate action to resolve the issue. As new operation system patches or releases become available, Wipro works to interface with vendors and upgrade your machines.
In addition to around-the-clock technical support, Wipro provides a variety of optional and project-based services to complete the DAI offer.
