Pinaki Kar is the Business Head of Wipro Data Center Services. Prior to this appointment, Pinaki was the General Manager and Business Head for Wipro’s Middle East & Africa business. With responsibilities for customer acquisition, service delivery and business operations, Pinaki led Wipro’s business across this region. He also oversaw Wipro’s Global Delivery Center in Cairo, Egypt. Under his leadership, Wipro’s revenue in this region has grown 5 times over the last 4 years. Prior to this role, Pinaki was General Manager – Strategy & Business Development for Wipro Technologies, and was responsible for Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for the Global IT Service Lines of Wipro Technologies. Pinaki led various global acquisitions including that of Infocrossing, which at the time, was the largest ever M&A transaction for Wipro, as well as any Indian IT company. Post acquisition, Pinaki led the integration of the Infocrossing business and Wipro. Pinaki has been with Wipro for over 12 years, and has held several key positions across Sales, Business Development, M&A and Marketing, spanning both India and International geographies. Pinaki holds an MBA degree from XLRI, India and an engineering degree from Jadavpur University, India. He has represented Wipro in various industry forums, including the CII-FICCI mission as part of the Prime Minister of India’s delegation and has been a keynote speaker at the IDC Summit.
Nick Letizia was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 2001 after serving as Infocrossing’s Chief Financial Officer since November 1998. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of InterEquity Capital Corporation (“InterEquity”), a small business investment company headquartered in New York City. Before joining InterEquity in November 1997, Nick was Vice President of, and later a consultant to, Helmstar Group, Inc. from 1987 until November 1997. His previous experience includes a position as Vice President of DLJ Real Estate, Inc., the real estate investment-banking group at DLJ, and a tax manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Dan Martino is the Vice President of Operations and Delivery for the Global Data Center Services group within Wipro. This spans Wipro’s eight data centers and its global delivery center in India. Prior to this appointment, Dan was responsible for leading the group’s business development, direct sales and customer support. Dan has over 25 years of global Information Technology experience in the outsourcing, system integration and consulting services industries. He has led business development, technology and service organizations ranging from start-up ventures to fortune five-hundred companies. Prior to joining Wipro, Dan served as Vice President of Business Development for CIBER’s Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) division, where he was responsible for the development and sale of bundled solutions for their ERP and Managed Services offerings. Earlier in his career, Dan held senior positions at Velocity Technology Solutions, Agilera, GenCorp and Unisys. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Chris Esworthy is Head of Sales for the Global Data Center group within Wipro. In this role, he is responsible for leading business development, direct sales and partner enablement for IT infrastructure services in eight global data centers. Chris has over 20 years’ experience in technology sales, sales management and channel development within the outsourcing, consulting, healthcare, and pharmaceutical, government and retail industries. Prior to this appointment, Chris held strategic leadership positions within Wipro Infocrossing including, Head of the group’s Consulting Business Unit and VP of Sales, Channels and Alliances. Prior to joining Wipro Infocrossing, Chris held senior business development roles for technology companies such as Dendrite International and CommerceQuest. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M Commerce), a Master of Science in Physics from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University.
Garry Lazarewicz is Vice President of Wipro Data Center Services IS and Chairman of the Security Committee. He is responsible for the development and support of Wipro’s Data Center Services internal corporate systems, customized applications used by BPO, ETC, ITO, and the M/Care division of Health Care services, as well as integration projects. As Chairman of the Security Committee, he is responsible for corporate security, working closely with the Wipro Data Center Services business units. Garry joined Infocrossing (which was later acquired by Wipro) in 1995 upon the acquisition of MCC Corporation where he was Vice President of Corporate Research and Development. At MCC, he was directly responsible for all application development and supporting the company’s largest client, a multi-billion dollar Japanese Transportation Company. Garry holds both BBA and MBA degrees. With 40 years of experience in all facets of IT, Garry brings a wide range of management and technical skills across multiple operating systems and hardware platforms.
Yogesh Patel is CFO for the Global Data Center Services group within Wipro, with responsibility for overseeing the Finance and Procurement functions of the data center business of Wipro Global Infrastructure Services. Prior to this appointment, Yogesh was leading the finance function for Wipro’s IT infrastructure services business across India, Middle East & Africa geographies. Yogesh is a professional with over 14 years of experience in various aspects of finance including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts, Pricing, Contract Negotiations, Treasury & Fund Management, and Auditing and Statutory Compliances. During his six years at Wipro, Yogesh has had extensive experience in IT outsourcing deals and has worked with all lines of IT services business. Prior to Wipro, Yogesh worked with companies like Aditya Birla Group, Astrazeneca India and IBM India, where his responsibilities included financial planning and consolidation, compliances in financial performance measurement and reporting, account finalization and statutory audits, budgeting, monitoring and directing Internal Audit charter, and forex & treasury operations. Yogesh is a graduate of the University of Calcutta and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
