Pinaki Kar is the Business Head of Wipro Infocrossing. Prior to this appointment, Pinaki was the General Manager and Business Head for Wipro’s Middle East & Africa business. With responsibilities for customer acquisition, service delivery and business operations, Pinaki led Wipro’s business across this region. He also oversaw Wipro’s Global Delivery Center in Cairo, Egypt. Under his leadership, Wipro’s revenue in this region has grown 5 times over the last 4 years. Prior to this role, Pinaki was General Manager – Strategy & Business Development for Wipro Technologies, and was responsible for Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for the Global IT Service Lines of Wipro Technologies. Pinaki led various global acquisitions including that of Infocrossing, which at the time, was the largest ever M&A transaction for Wipro, as well as any Indian IT company. Post acquisition, Pinaki led the integration of the Infocrossing business and Wipro. Pinaki has been with Wipro for over 12 years, and has held several key positions across Sales, Business Development, M&A and Marketing, spanning both India and International geographies. Pinaki holds an MBA degree from XLRI, India and an engineering degree from Jadavpur University, India. He has represented Wipro in various industry forums, including the CII-FICCI mission as part of the Prime Minister of India’s delegation and has been a keynote speaker at the IDC Summit.
Michael Wilczak is responsible for defining and implementing Infocrossing’s growth strategy. He joined Infocrossing in 2001 when the company was a niche provider of IT outsourcing services with a single data center and less than $50mln in annual revenues. Michael executed the company’s expansion into new markets, completed acquisitions of complementary companies to broaden the service portfolio, established the company’s global data center footprint and led the introduction of new services to accelerate growth. Today, Infocrossing delivers a broad portfolio of IT infrastructure management and business process outsourcing services for a diversified client base comprised of large and mid-size enterprises, and has data centers and operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Michael joined Infocrossing from Global Network Technology Services (GNTS) – the infrastructure services business of the former Cabletron Systems, where he lead the e-Infrastructure Outsourcing business to rapid growth and profitability. In this role, he had global leadership responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, solution lifecycle management, and operational management of GNTS’ managed services business. Michael joined GNTS after spending several years defining, building and executing successful, strategic market development strategies for Qwest and AT&T.
Arun Madan is General Manager Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Infocrossing, with responsibility for overseeing the Finance and Procurement functions of the organization. In this role, Arun participates with the executive team in defining the strategic direction for Infocrossing, and is responsible for financial planning and execution to ensure the financial objectives for Infocrossing are achieved. Arun has spent more than 13 years in Wipro and contributed to various Business Units including Wipro Biomed, Wipro GE Medical Systems, Wipro Infotech and Wipro BPO. Before joining Infocrossing, Arun served as Financial Controller, Head of Procurement and Head of Facility Management Group for the global operations of Wipro BPO. Arun is a Chartered Accountant from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” and a Commerce Graduate.
Nick Letizia was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in April 2001 after serving as Infocrossing’s Chief Financial Officer since November 1998. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of InterEquity Capital Corporation (“InterEquity”), a small business investment company headquartered in New York City. Before joining InterEquity in November 1997, Nick was Vice President of, and later a consultant to, Helmstar Group, Inc. from 1987 until November 1997. His previous experience includes a position as Vice President of DLJ Real Estate, Inc., the real estate investment-banking group at DLJ, and a tax manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Dan Martino is Vice President of Global Data Center Services for Wipro Infocrossing. In this role, he is responsible for business development, direct sales and customer support for IT infrastructure services in eight global data centers. Dan has over 25 years of global Information Technology experience in the outsourcing, system integration and consulting services industries. He has led business development, technology and service sales organizations ranging from start-up ventures to fortune five-hundred companies. Prior to joining Infocrossing, Dan served as Vice President of Business Development for CIBER’s Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) division, where he was responsible for the development and sale of bundled solutions for their ERP and Managed Services offerings. Earlier in his career, Dan has held senior positions at Velocity Technology Solutions, Agilera, GenCorp and Unisys. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Jack Story is Chief Technology Officer for Infocrossing, a Wipro Company. He is responsible for establishing and directing the technology leadership for Infocrossing. These responsibilities cover the strategy for Infocrossing’s data centers as well as strategic planning, technology innovation, and thought leadership. Prior to Infocrossing, Jack served as a Chief Technologist for EDS in their Infrastructure Service Lines. He serves on many advisory councils and has spoken at numerous technology seminars. Jack holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lambuth University.
Garry Lazarewicz is Vice President of IS and Chairman of the Infocrossing Security Committee. He is responsible for the development and support of Infocrossing’s internal corporate systems, customized applications used by BPO, ETC, ITO, and the M/Care division of Health Care services, as well as integration projects with Wipro, our parent company. As Chairman of the Infocrossing Security Committee, he is responsible for corporate security, working closely with the Infocrossing business units. Garry joined Infocrossing in 1995 upon the acquisition of MCC Corporation where he was Vice President of Corporate Research and Development. At MCC, he was directly responsible for all application development and supporting the company’s largest client, a multi-billion dollar Japanese Transportation Company. Garry holds both BBA and MBA degrees. With 40 years of experience in all facets of IT, Garry brings a wide range of management and technical skills across multiple operating systems and hardware platforms.
